About the Team
You will be part of the Cyber Security organization responsible for protecting the company’s information assets and supporting critical security infrastructure. The Security Operations team ensures the stability, performance, and ongoing support of enterprise security tools and services used across the organization.

About the Role
As a Senior Information Security Engineer, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for the design, deployment, and advancement of enterprise security solutions. You will provide leadership through architecture guidance, mentorship, and hands-on engineering while driving the evolution of the security technology stack.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of enterprise security solutions across Google SecOps, Tanium, CrowdStrike, Ping Identity, and Delinea
- Act as a technical authority and escalation point for complex engineering challenges
- Define and implement scalable, secure architectures and integration patterns
- Drive tool selection, implementation strategy, and platform evolution
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to L2 and L3 engineers
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with DevOps, IT, and business teams to improve security posture
- Establish engineering standards, best practices, and design patterns
- Oversee complex deployments, upgrades, and platform transformations
- Identify and implement advanced automation and optimization opportunities
- Influence long-term security strategy through hands-on technical leadership
Criteria
- 5+ years of experience in information security engineering or related field
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Deep expertise in enterprise security architecture and engineering
Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Google SecOps, CrowdStrike, Tanium, Ping, and Delinea
Advanced proficiency in scripting, automation, and system integration
Strong understanding of networking, identity, endpoint security, and detection technologies
Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and deliver solutions at scale
Experience leading large-scale security tool deployments or transformations preferred
Strong background in cloud security and modern infrastructure preferred
Ability to mentor engineers and elevate team technical capabilities
Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments
This role requires being onsite in the Rocklin, CA office Monday through Thursday

The expected starting pay range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
